Thanks for taking time to visit my site. I’ve been fortunate enough to work for and be influenced by some incredibly awesome people. Those people helped shape and mold me into the leader I am today. My desire is to help others develop and then do the same. This site is just me sharing some of the things I have learned along the way in my career.

I am the owner of two Express Employment locations – Express Indy South in Greenwood and Express Columbus in Columbus, Indiana. We also have a Specialized Recruiting Group location that services South Central Indiana.

Helping people succeed is a passion of mine. I didn’t realize how my career in sales would turn in to then owning a business that connects people in one of the best ways – helping them find a great job. Since starting our business back in May 2005, our team has been committed to connecting job seekers with amazing opportunities. We take pride in having a positive work environment and culture, and it’s an honor for our offices to be named a Top Workplace by the Indy Star year after year.

Beyond our business, we’ve actively supported and served various local organizations and initiatives in South Central Indiana for nearly two decades. It’s important for us to give back to the community that has given us so much.

I’ve had the privilege of speaking and writing on topics such as leadership, employee engagement, mindset, job search strategies, and more. Sharing my insights and experiences is a way for me to empower others to succeed. And that’s what this website is all about!

On the site, you’ll find my monthly blog, Leadership Roadmap. It’s a space where I share practical advice, inspiring stories, and valuable insights on navigating the complex world of leadership. Whether you’re a seasoned executive or someone looking for personal growth, my hope is you’ll find knowledge and inspiration in each blog post. You will also find some great resources in authors and speakers that have helped me and my team.

Outside of my professional endeavors, my wife Kelly and I enjoy spending time with our children Kaitlyn and Brandon, relaxing on Lake Lemon, and attending church. Our faith is an important part of our lives, and we attend both Emmanuel Christian Church and Mount Pleasant Christian Church.
